The United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Tennessee has announced the availability of a new Unclaimed Funds Claimant Guide designed to assist individuals, businesses, and legal representatives seeking payment of unclaimed funds held by the Court. Download the guide here.

We have a drop box located on the outside of our building next to the front door. Our office is located at 250 North Parkway, Suite 1, Jackson, TN 38305. Payments can be dropped in the box 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Money orders or cashier’s checks must be made payable to Chapter 13 Trustee. Clearly print your Name, Case Number and the last four digits of your Social Security number (SSN) on your payment to ensure proper credit of your payment.

Payments dropped in this box are not posted in our office but are forwarded to our bank in Memphis via UPS for processing. This will cause a delay in your payment being posted to your case. To avoid a delay please mail payments to our payment address:
